Kristen Rajagopal
Founder, Attorney
Bequest is a flat fee Intown Atlanta law firm run by Kristen Rajagopal. Kristen, who is originally from a Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati, graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Brown University. She received her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School, which is consistently ranked among the top law schools in the country.
Kristen has been an attorney for over 15 years and has practiced law at a number of prominent law firms in Atlanta and in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, and previously, as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She has served on the Board of Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and on a number of Atlanta non-profit Boards. When Kristen is not running Bequest, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading novels, and chasing around her two sons.
Ansley Neseralla
Managing Associate Attorney
Ansley is a managing attorney at Bequest, where she focuses on estate planning and estate administration. She joined the firm in 2022 and loves helping clients make sense of the legal and tax side of planning for the future.
Ansley grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, and attended the University of Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude with honors. Apparently, four years in Tuscaloosa was not enough, so she stayed for law school and earned both her J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from U.A. School of Law.
With a background in estate planning and tax law, Ansley enjoys finding practical solutions that fit the way her clients actually live. She believes estate planning does not have to feel complicated. Her goal is to help clients feel confident in their plans and know their families are taken care of.
Beckley Froebel
Associate Attorney
Beckley is an associate attorney at Bequest, where she focuses on estate planning, LLCs, and helping clients build intentional plans that offer lasting peace of mind. She joined the firm in 2024.
A proud Georgia native, Beckley grew up in Suwanee, Georgia, and earned her degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.
Beckley believes good estate planning starts with listening. She enjoys walking clients through our process with clarity and care so they feel comfortable and confident in the plan they've built. She now resides in Atlanta's Virginia Highlands neighborhood, where community plays an important role in both her personal and professional life. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to visit friends and family, staying active, and cheering on her favorite teams — the Braves, Bills, and Bulldogs!
Marie Martinides
Chief Support Officer / Paralegal
Since joining the team in 2023 as Kristen’s Executive Assistant, Marie has grown within the firm, advancing to Chief Support Officer and serving as the firm’s sole Paralegal.
Marie grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia, and is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science, where she developed a deep passion for building meaningful relationships and supporting others. Marie carries that passion into her professional life, where she is dedicated to serving clients with compassion and understanding.
When not working, Marie can be found working out with friends at Orangetheory, exploring new restaurants around the city, and spending time with her fiancé.
Elle Burgess
Client Experience Coordinator
Originally from Long Island, New York, Elle’s family relocated to Georgia during her primary school years. She studied at Georgia State University and has developed a diverse professional background supporting leadership and office operations in both financial planning and legal environments. Combined with five years of upscale hospitality experience, her background has shaped a people-first approach that blends exceptional service, organization, and professionalism, allowing her to create a welcoming and seamless experience for every client.
Outside of work, Elle enjoys exploring the nature trails near her home in Sandy Springs, supporting local restaurants and small businesses, spending time with her three sisters, and caring for her two cats.
